A little about me
Passionate about helping others
For most of my career I worked in Clinical Data Management in a corporate environment for a big organisation. When I began working in that environment I enjoyed the idea of contributing my small indirect part to helping others. Ultimately, as it turned out, those who I helped the most were my colleagues by providing them with coaching as well as mentoring. I also became involved in training presentations and even a workshop. Helping others reach their potential has always been my passion.
My work experience also includes briefly working at a local newspaper which was exciting for me. Other work experience also includes working for a few years as a Debtors Clerk, Accounting Clerk, and Administration Clerk.
After completing High School, I obtained a Diploma in Business Management, and a Diploma in Marketing Management. It was during my studies after high school that I discovered my dedicated work ethic, and an appreciation of business. Then later as a working adult, I earned a Bachelors of Management Leadership. It was during my studies for my Bachelors Degree that I realised that I specifically want to help others be their best, and that I would be best able to provide my services through consultation.
Potential is not an endpoint but a capacity to grow and learn.

About the Consultation Process
How It Works & What To Expect
Use the Contact information to send me an email. I will reply to you to set up a free 30 minute discussion to understand your needs, and discuss the type of sessions or services that you will benefit from. Then I will provide you with a quote for my services. If you accept the quote I will set up a contract, send you an invoice based on the type of sessions as discussed, and schedule our sessions.
Typically each consultation session will be 60 minutes. After each session I will provide you with summary notes, action items, and when applicable you will also receive a worksheet and/or checklist.
What I require from you is a commitment to attend the scheduled sessions and to work on the action items and any activities as discussed during our sessions (after all, you are the one who will benefit most from making the time to work on yourself). Part of the consultation process will include feedback discussions on your progress and to ensure that the sessions address your needs.
While I prefer providing personalised consultation with my clients in a one-on-one basis I also offer consultation to small groups or larger groups, at appropriate rates. I also provide practical in-office/virtual business services which can be tailored for your needs, because some consultation is of a more practical nature. In addition, I am available to facilitate group Workshops (with encouraged discussions) where I work with groups on various topics in an interactive manner where we hope to achieve a positive outcome (my topics list can be provided on request).
Can you benefit from Consultation?
Assess your business* needs: more efficiency and optimization; improved productivity; better time management; implementation of soft skills training. If YES, then consultation can help your business.
Assess yourself: Are you feeling lost, overwhelmed, needing a challenge, or starting a new chapter of life? If YES, then consultation can help you.
Consultation with coaching and direction is a great way for you to receive meaningful guidance and advice.
